I am a 3rd year PhD student at Duke and a food history enthusiast. In the fall of 2012, I became a scholar of the Duke PhD Lab in Digital Knowledge as well as a HASTAC scholar. I'm just diving into the digital humanities and have experimented with Twitter and Google Drive in the classroom. I have also conducted oral histories with the Southern Foodways Alliance and am familiar with publishing oral histories online and sharing aspects of these histories via social media. Looking forward to engaging with historians who share my interests in the Digital Humanities.
